- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Provide feedback and insights to help enhance our services and customer experience.
- Stay updated on company offerings and local insights to assist clients effectively.
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is a valuable asset.
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for providing excellent service.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant computer applications.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation expenses covered.
