Key Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and promotions to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Assist customers with order modifications, cancellations, and tracking information.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for future reference and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams to address any order-related issues and improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and e-commerce trends to provide relevant and timely assistance.

  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to address issues and inquiries effectively while demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
  • Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
