Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, billing, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Provide accurate information on mobile and broadband plans, features, and promotions.
  • Assist customers with account issues, service activation, and troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for reference and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address customer needs.
  • Stay updated on the latest telecommunications products and service offerings to provide relevant assistance.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications software and CRM tools is desirable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as necessary.
  • Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
