In this exciting role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers as they navigate our innovative health technology solutions.
Your fluency in Italian will be essential in assisting clients with inquiries about our products, addressing any concerns, and providing guidance to ensure a positive customer experience. You will play a key role in enhancing our clients' interactions with our health technology services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat related to health technology products
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting
- Effectively handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex inquiries
- Collect and relay customer feedback to improve our products and services
- Stay informed about the latest trends in health technology and related products
- Fluency in Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in HealthTech or technology sectors, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Passion for health technology and helping customers achieve their health goals
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
