This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare technology and committed to providing outstanding support to users. As a representative, you will assist customers in Italian, addressing their inquiries and helping them navigate health tech solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to health tech products and services via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Provide accurate information about product features, benefits, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Assist customers with account management, subscription questions, and technical issues related to health applications.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address customer needs effectively.
- Stay updated on health tech advancements and company services to provide relevant and informed support.
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner.
- Problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with health tech applications and customer service software is desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
- Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
