Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to health tech products and services via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Provide accurate information about product features, benefits, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Assist customers with account management, subscription questions, and technical issues related to health applications.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address customer needs effectively.
  • Stay updated on health tech advancements and company services to provide relevant and informed support.

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with health tech applications and customer service software is desirable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
  • Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
