We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to investigate and resolve issues across our internal systems and global products. The ideal candidate will maintain and enhance our knowledge base with clear, structured documentation, ensuring efficient knowledge sharing across teams. You will be responsible for managing user access in line with security policies, performing regular subscription and service audits, and contributing to process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve issues related to internal and global products.
- Maintain and update the internal knowledge base with clear, structured documentation of solutions.
- Manage user access provisioning in accordance with established security policies and procedures.
- Perform subscription and service audits.
- Design and develop AI-driven tools.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical support, system administration, access management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of access management principles, including user lifecycle management (provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning).
- Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and least-privilege principles.
- Basic proficiency in Python (or another programming language) and SQL.
- Experience with AI development is considered an advantage.
