Job Description
Are you a seasoned IT professional with expertise in project management? Join us in Athens or work remotely, and become part of our team as a IT Project Manager. You'll play a crucial role in the life-cycle of Agile software implementation and maintenance projects, coordinating and communicating effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate, supervise and plan project activities
- Compile and provide activity reports to the client
- Monitor project dependencies, effort, tasks, resources and timescales
- Report and manage issues and problems, and ensure the overall quality of the project
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and events, remove impediments, protect and keep focused the team
- Coach and keep focused the team on delivering story points and fulfilling the sprint goals
- Remove impediments to the ability of the team to deliver timely the sprint goal, facilitate communication across all directions, and collaborate with the PO
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, IT Project Management, or related field;
- At minimum 2 years experience in Agile Project Management for e-Government projects;
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum or SAFe frameworks;
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps platforms;
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Certifications on AgilePM, PSM I, PMP or equivalent will be considered an asset.
