This role plays a key part in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of critical IT infrastructure supporting healthcare and community-focused operations. You will work across networks, servers, endpoints, cloud platforms, and end-user systems, ensuring seamless availability of services in both field and office environments. The position involves hands-on technical support, proactive monitoring, and continuous improvement of infrastructure systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, enhance reliability, and support digital transformation initiatives. - Accountabilities You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure operations, ensuring system reliability, user support, and continuous improvement across hardware, software, network, and cloud environments. Support the deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and hardware systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, connectivity, and enterprise applications. Assist in Active Directory administration, endpoint management, patching, and system provisioning activities. Support cloud and storage environments, including NAS systems and integrations with cloud platforms such as Azure or similar. Provide end-user support for Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and Microsoft 365 applications including Exchange Online. Contribute to IT security practices, system monitoring, backup processes, and disaster recovery operations. Assist in documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement of IT processes and infrastructure workflows. Requirements The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support, with solid technical knowledge across systems administration, networking, and end-user technologies. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or technical support roles. Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory and endpoint management tools. Hands-on knowledge of Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS environments. Familiarity with networking, troubleshooting, Office 365, and enterprise IT support environments. Exposure to NAS systems and cloud platforms such as Azure or similar environments. Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and incident resolution skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, multi-priority environments.
