Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Intelligence Analyst to lead the optimization of AI-driven workflows and operational architecture. You will analyze systemic patterns and bottlenecks to drive autonomous efficiency, transforming raw data into strategic, actionable decisions for our automated systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Systems Optimization: Analyze operational data trends to drive systemic refinements and high-impact strategic recommendations that improve the entire operation.
- Workflow Design: Manage and refine operational workflows, ensuring seamless handoffs and maintaining high standards of output quality.
- Performance Calibration: Define and adjust key performance benchmarks to balance speed, autonomy, and accuracy across our operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Manage the continuous learning loop by analyzing feedback from operational teams and integrating these learnings back into the system architecture.
- System & Workflow Optimization: Monitor performance metrics and analyze patterns in automated outputs to refine processes and optimize the human-in-the-loop balance.
- Data Collection & Insight Synthesis: Proactively collect, organize, and synthesize operational data from system logs and human-in-the-loop feedback to identify trends, pinpoint error patterns, and fuel continuous system improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Management Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a closely related field is required.
- Experience: 3–6 years of professional experience in operations, quality management, analytics, or process improvement within a data-rich environment, ideally in healthcare, clinical support, healthcare shared services, or similar operational environments.
- Strong systems thinking, with experience understanding how changes to one variable affect the broader system.
- Experience with data-to-decision modeling, pattern recognition, and analytical decision-making in situations with incomplete information.
- Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and operational teams, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and data gathering.
- Direct experience with AI tools is a plus.
