Job Description
Job Title: Intake Coordinator (ABA)
Company: ReWorks Solutions
Location: Remote (South Africa - US Hours)
Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Salary: Paid in South African Rands (ZAR)
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Intake & Coordination
- Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming inquiries (phone, email, web leads)
- Guide prospective clients and families through the intake process from initial inquiry to onboarding
- Collect and verify client information, insurance details, and required documentation
- Coordinate assessments and intake appointments with clinical teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g., CentralReach, Monday.com)
- Sales & Conversion
- Respond promptly to new leads and conduct follow-ups via phone and email
- Build rapport with families and clearly communicate service offerings
- Educate prospective clients on ABA therapy and company services
- Convert inquiries into active clients by effectively addressing objections and concerns
- Track lead progress and conversion metrics
- 2+ years experience in intake coordination, admissions, or sales (preferably in healthcare or ABA)
- Strong sales ability with a proven track record of converting leads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with CRMs (e.g., CentralReach, Salesforce, Monday.com)
- Knowledge of ABA therapy and insurance processes (preferred)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
