We are looking for an Inbound Sales Representative across all LATAM to handle incoming calls, texts, and emails from residential homeowners interested in our subscription-based window cleaning services. This is a high-conversion, short sales cycle role where most deals are closed in a single interaction.
You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects, guiding them from inquiry to close while maintaining accurate follow-up and pipeline tracking. English is essential, as prospects should feel they’re speaking with a local neighbor.
This role is ideal for a motivated salesperson who is focused on hitting targets and earning commission through consistent performance.
Hours & Schedule: The role is 40 hours per week. Candidates must be willing to work either a standard Monday–Friday 8–5 schedule or a 3.5-day shift consisting of 12-hour days (with a 1-hour lunch). For example, this could be Monday–Wednesday (12 hours) and Thursday (5 hours), or the reverse (half-day Thursday and 12 hours Friday–Sunday).
Availability: We operate from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM MST, 7 days a week. Candidates must be willing to work weekends and any time within these operating hours, depending on their assigned shift. High performers generally get first pick of their schedule.
Growth Potential: We are looking for someone who could eventually grow into a Sales Manager role. This would involve reviewing calls, providing feedback, conducting one-on-ones, and running daily huddles. While this is not a strict requirement, a candidate with this potential would be ideal.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound phone calls, text messages, and emails from residential prospects
- Sell subscription-based window cleaning services (B2C)
- Close deals in a short sales cycle, often in a single call
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and lead follow-up
- Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound inquiries
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
- Great written and spoken English
- B2C sales experience, preferably phone-based or inbound sales
- Strong closing skills and comfort with one-call closes
- High attention to detail in lead tracking and follow-up
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to hit targets
- Comfortable working with performance-based compensation
