Your Impact…
As an Independent Contractor for our subsidiary company, Grow Team, your primary responsibility will be outbound calling and appointment setting. The ideal candidate for this position should have a background in sales and be comfortable with an outbound role.
Compensation: DOE
Tasks May Include:
- Advancing leads through the sales pipeline.
- Setting up sales qualified appointments.
- Effectively communicating our company's services.
- Building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients.
- Gathering relevant information about clients.
- Providing prospective clients with comprehensive knowledge about our products and services to demonstrate value and benefits.
- Keeping up a stellar performance by meeting department KPIs and SLAs.
Language Requirement: Fluency in English is essential for this position. All contractors will be required to complete a language assessment prior to being hired. This assessment will measure your proficiency in English, including your ability to read, write, speak, and listen.
Equipment Requirements:
As a contract worker, you will be required to provide your own equipment, including:
- A laptop or computer.
- A headset.
- A reliable internet connection.
- The following applications, installed on your laptop or computer: Zoom, Gmail, Google Chrome, and Talkdesk.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and proficient in writing and grammar.
- 1+ years of experience in over-the-phone customer service or sales.
- The ability to articulate thoughts clearly and effectively.
- A high level of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in Google Apps and Tools (IE: Gmail, Drive, etc.)
- Experience with door-to-door sales or cold calling.
- Ability to take direction and meet quotas.
- Capability to overcome objections and roadblocks.
- Proficiency in managing repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to be coached and to accept and act on feedback.
