Job Description

About the role

Remote Europe or Hybrid in Barcelona / Palma

Nuitée is hiring an Implementation Manager to own the hotel onboarding journey and become the first-line technical support for our direct supply partners.

You'll be the person who takes a hotel from signed contract to live on the platform: running kickoff calls, coordinating connectivity setup, keeping every internal team on schedule, and being the first point of contact when something technical needs fixing.

This is a new role at Nuitée. As direct supply grows, onboarding needs to move faster and feel more coordinated for the hotels going through it. Your job is to be that owner: the single point of contact who keeps every step: from contract to go-live; moving smoothly.

A good way to think of it is: you're the single thread connecting the hotel, and everyone internally who needs to make onboarding happen.

What makes it interesting for you:

  • You own a critical process from day one, with real, visible impact: every hotel live faster is a direct result of your work
  • You get deep exposure to how hotel distribution and connectivity actually work in practice : ARI, channel managers, mapping, the full technical stack behind supply
  • You work cross-functionally with Loading, Connectivity, Product, and Engineering, building relationships and understanding across the whole supply chain
  • You build something from scratch: the processes, SOPs, and playbooks you create become how the company runs onboarding going forward

Nuitée has grown 10x since 2022, and was already profitable before raising a $48M Series A led by Accel. Direct supply is a growing priority for the company, and this role is central to that growth working the way it should.

The kind of problems you'll work on:

  • How do we get a hotel from signed contract to live in days?
  • How do we make sure ARI connectivity is set up right the first time, so it doesn't turn into a support ticket later?
  • How do we resolve technical issues fast, and know exactly when to escalate versus solve directly?
  • How do we build the SOPs and documentation that let onboarding scale without everything depending on one person's memory?

This role fits someone who:

  • Has 2+ years of experience in hotel onboarding, connectivity, operations, or travel technology
has worked directly with hotels, channel managers, OTAs, bedbanks, or hospitality tech systems
  • Is confident leading calls with external partners and building real relationships with hotel contacts
  • Understands how hotel distribution and connectivity work, and isn't intimidated by troubleshooting technical issues
  • Is organised and structured, able to run multiple onboarding pipelines and open tickets at once without dropping any of them
  • Is customer-focused, with a proactive instinct for solving problems before they become bigger ones
  • Is comfortable with ambiguity — this role and its processes are being built from scratch

You will do well here if you are hands-on, organised, and energised by owning a process end to end.

This is less suited to someone who wants a fully defined playbook from day one, prefers to stay behind the scenes, or needs heavy structure before they can move.

If that resonates, we'd love to hear from you. You can apply with your LinkedIn profile or CV. The interview process is straightforward and typically takes 3 weeks.
