• Conduct front-facing client intake processes to ensure smooth onboarding and positive first impressions
• Screen and filter non-qualified calls, particularly immigration defense cases, to optimize attorney time allocation
• Manage comprehensive calendaring and scheduling systems to maintain efficient workflow and client appointments
• Provide client orientation on billing procedures and next steps to enhance transparency and client satisfaction
• Handle basic email correspondence and client inquiries to maintain consistent communication and reduce attorney workload
- Completion of some college coursework is required.
- Availability to work full-time during Mountain Standard Time business hours.
- Prior legal administrative experience is required; experience in an immigration law setting is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to handle client intake screening and manage high-volume calls effectively.
- Experience managing legal calendaring and scheduling systems.
- Comfort with client billing processes and maintaining administrative documentation.
- Proficiency in basic email communication and client service best practices.
- Spanish language proficiency is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Ability to manage client-facing administrative responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving legal administrative environment.
