Key Responsibilities
- Assist Hungarian-speaking clients with their travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
- Manage the booking process, including modifications and cancellations, while ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
- Offer travel recommendations tailored to client preferences and assist in creating memorable travel experiences.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively, aiming for resolution and client satisfaction.
- Document and maintain client interactions and support requests in our internal system.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends and company offerings to deliver expert advice.
- Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, travel support, or a related role is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of service under pressure.
- Experience with travel booking systems and CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with all relocation expenses covered.
- A friendly, proactive attitude with a passion for helping others with their travel needs.
