- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience and service quality.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Stay informed about company policies, products, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.
- Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and familiar with standard office software.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with all relocation costs covered.
