Job Summary

We’re seeking a Human Resources Specialist with strong organizational and people management skills to handle payroll, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the education or consultancy industry. Cantonese or Mandarin fluency is a big plus, though English-only candidates will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee employee relations, engagement, and performance management.
  • Support recruitment processes and onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain HR records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and improving internal processes.
  • Collaborate with management to foster a positive and growth-oriented workplace culture.

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong understanding of payroll, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Go High Level or similar CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in the education sector is a strong plus.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
