Job Summary
We’re seeking a Human Resources Specialist with strong organizational and people management skills to handle payroll, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the education or consultancy industry. Cantonese or Mandarin fluency is a big plus, though English-only candidates will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee employee relations, engagement, and performance management.
- Support recruitment processes and onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain HR records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and improving internal processes.
- Collaborate with management to foster a positive and growth-oriented workplace culture.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
- Strong understanding of payroll, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Go High Level or similar CRM tools is an advantage.
- Prior experience in the education sector is a strong plus.
- Self-driven, ambitious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
