Job Description
Role Objective
In this role, you will be a key strategic partner to the HR team providing vital support across various HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role is crucial in promoting a positive work environment and in ensuring alignment of the firm’s HR policies and programmes throughout the organisation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with different divisions to identify HR solutions that meet their needs and help them achieve better performance that drives the overall success of the organisation.
- Support the HR Manager in the services that will be offered by the business
- Support employee relations efforts, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Implement talent management and development strategies that promote employee growth and career progression.
- Deliver different training sessions focused on the growth and well-being of each members
- Leverage workforce metrics and trends analysis to enable better decision-making and enhancement of workforce strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a business partner capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment legislation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Experience handling sensitive employee relations issues calmly and professionally.
- A self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
