Job Description
The Head of UI/UX ensures that Prop Firm Match’s product experience is intuitive, trustworthy, and conversion-driven, translating business goals and user needs into a clear, scalable design vision across all platforms.
This role owns the end-to-end user experience - from research and product discovery to interface design and design systems - ensuring that every interaction supports trader trust, product clarity, and measurable business outcomes. The Head of UI/UX acts as the bridge between Product, Engineering, Growth, and Leadership, building a design culture that combines usability, speed, and high-impact execution.

1. Build a clear, conversion-driven product experience across the platform (first 90 days → after)
Ensure the product is intuitive, trustworthy, and optimized for user decision-making and conversion.
Key outcomes:
▸ Audit current user journeys (discovery → comparison → signup → retention)
▸ Identify UX friction affecting conversion, trust, and usability
▸ Redesign priority flows to improve clarity, speed, and engagement
▸ Align UI/UX decisions with business and growth objectives
Success looks like:
Users navigate easily, understand value quickly, and convert with less friction.
2. Establish scalable UI/UX systems and design standards (first 3–4 months, ongoing)
Create consistency and efficiency across all product interfaces.
Key outcomes:
▸ Build and maintain a unified design system and component library
▸ Standardize UX patterns across web and future product features
▸ Improve collaboration workflows with Product and Engineering
▸ Ensure design quality and consistency across releases
Success looks like:
Faster design-to-development cycles and consistent product experience across all touchpoints.
3. Strengthen product decision-making through user insight and data (ongoing)
Ensure design decisions are driven by user behavior and measurable outcomes.
Key outcomes:
▸ Implement user research, usability testing, and feedback loops
▸ Partner with Product and Data teams to track UX and conversion metrics
▸ Translate insights into prioritized design improvements
▸ Support experimentation and A/B testing for key flows
Success looks like:
Design decisions backed by data, measurable UX improvements, and stronger product-market alignment.
4. Build and lead a high-performing UI/UX function (ongoing)
Create a design culture that balances speed, quality, and business impact.
Key outcomes:
▸ Hire, mentor, and manage UI/UX designers as needed
▸ Establish clear design ownership and delivery timelines
▸ Act as strategic design partner to Product, Growth, and Leadership
▸ Elevate overall design maturity and standards across the company
Success looks like:
A strong design function that drives product quality, trust, and business results.
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design, including experience in a senior or lead role
- Proven experience designing for SaaS, fintech, marketplace, or data-heavy digital platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX ownership and measurable business impact
Strong practical understanding of how to use AI in UX research, product design, prototyping, and experimentation, with a forward-looking approach to integrating AI into user experience and product decision-making. - Ability to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, conversion-driven product experiences
- Experience building or scaling design systems and maintaining UI consistency across products
- Strong collaboration experience with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams in fast-paced environments
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable using user insights, analytics, and testing to guide design decisions
- Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating designers and design workflows
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools; comfortable with product and collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Jira)
10. High ownership, clear communication skills, and ability to work effectively in remote, async, cross-functional teams.

4. Professional interview : A structured discussion with Vitalii Razgulin, Product Designer exploring design thinking, product collaboration, and execution quality. The focus is on real project experience, decision-making process, and ability to deliver user-centered design in a fast-moving product environment.
5. Practical design task: We may assign a short, role-relevant task reflecting real Prop Firm Match product challenges. This evaluates product thinking, prioritization, clarity, and practical design approach.
6. Leadership interview: Conversation with CEO and/or CTO focused on strategic thinking, ownership, and ability to build and scale the UI/UX function within a growing global product company.
7. Offer stage: If there is strong mutual alignment, we begin with an informal offer discussion followed by a formal written offer.
