Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth Operations Specialist with experience supporting outbound campaigns, automation workflows, and CRM processes. In this role, you will help manage and optimize outbound prospecting systems that drive consistent pipeline generation.

You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to execute outbound campaigns, maintain clean CRM data, and support automation that improves efficiency and performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, automation tools, and outbound growth systems in a fast-paced startup environment.

Your Impact

  • Drive consistent pipeline generation through structured outbound systems.
  • Optimize outbound campaigns to increase reply and meeting rates.
  • Reduce manual effort by automating lead management and CRM workflows.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting to support strategic decisions.
  • Improve engagement and performance of newsletters and outbound communications.

Core Responsibilities

Outbound Campaign Execution (30%)

  • Build and manage cold email and LinkedIn outreach sequences.
  • Launch and monitor multi-touch outbound campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing on messaging to improve reply and meeting rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.

Prospecting and Lead Data Management (25%)

  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists based on ICP guidelines.
  • Enrich and verify lead data using prospecting tools.
  • Segment lead lists for different outbound campaigns.
  • Maintain clean and organized lead data across systems.

CRM and Automation Support (20%)

  • Maintain CRM pipeline stages and lead records.
  • Support automation workflows for tagging, routing, and follow-ups.
  • Integrate outbound tools with CRM platforms where needed.
  • Help maintain accurate reporting and pipeline visibility.

Newsletter and Distribution Support (15%)

  • Assist in preparing and scheduling newsletter campaigns.
  • Format and publish founder-led content.
  • Segment audiences for different distribution groups.
  • Track engagement metrics such as open and click-through rates.

Marketing Asset and Template Maintenance (10%)

  • Update outbound templates and messaging assets.
  • Maintain sales and marketing collateral such as decks and one-pagers.
  • Ensure consistency across outbound campaign materials.
  • Support visual asset updates when needed.

Must-Haves (Required)

  • 2–3+ years of experience in Growth Operations, Revenue Operations, Demand Generation, or Outbound Campaign Management.
  • Experience managing outbound campaigns using cold email or LinkedIn outreach tools.
  • Familiarity with prospecting and enrichment tools (Apollo, Lusha, Clay, or similar).
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Close, or Pipedrive.
  • Strong attention to detail and data organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote startup environment.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)

  • Experience working in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Experience targeting enterprise or healthcare markets.
  • Familiarity with outbound automation workflows.
