Job Description
- This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead (Remote - Vertical AI B2B) based in the United States. This is a high-impact growth leadership role focused on building a measurable and scalable revenue engine for a rapidly growing B2B AI business. You will own the full customer funnel, from acquisition and activation through conversion, pipeline generation, and revenue contribution. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across paid media, SEO/SEM, lifecycle marketing, ABM, experimentation, and performance analytics. You will establish the operating model, measurement framework, and experimentation culture needed to identify what works and scale high-performing initiatives. As a team leader, you will coach an existing growth marketing team while building strong partnerships across Sales, Product, Data, RevOps, and senior leadership. Your analysis and recommendations will directly influence investment priorities, commercial strategy, and the organization's approach to sustainable growth. This opportunity is ideal for an analytical, commercially minded marketer who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and can connect marketing activity to measurable business outcomes.
- Accountabilities Own the full-funnel growth strategy across acquisition, activation, conversion, and revenue, covering paid media, SEO/SEM, lifecycle marketing, ABM, and other high-impact channels. Establish a structured growth operating model encompassing KPIs, reporting, experimentation frameworks, attribution, and performance review cadences. Design and run structured experiments across channels, offers, messaging, and customer journeys, scaling successful initiatives and discontinuing underperforming programs. Build and maintain growth measurement infrastructure in partnership with RevOps and Data, including funnel tracking, attribution, CAC/LTV, pipeline velocity, ROI, and revenue contribution. Maintain clear visibility into which marketing activities generate pipeline and revenue and use those insights to guide future investment decisions. Lead the existing growth marketing team by establishing clear ownership, priorities, performance standards, and development objectives. Coach team members toward strategic, commercially focused marketing capabilities while fostering a culture of accountability and experimentation. Identify capability gaps and determine when additional team members, processes, vendors, or agency resources are needed. Manage external agencies and vendors supporting paid marketing, lifecycle initiatives, and SEO/SEM. Develop and execute ABM programs with Sales and Product Marketing against priority accounts and establish measurable conversion goals. Partner closely with Sales, Product, Data, and RevOps to align growth initiatives with commercial priorities and revenue objectives. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership by translating customer insights, market trends, experiments, and performance data into clear recommendations. Own performance reporting across ROI, CAC, lead quality, conversion, pipeline velocity, and revenue contribution. Maintain an ongoing optimization backlog focused on the highest-impact growth opportunities. Demonstrate a clear and measurable relationship between growth investment and business results. Represent the growth function at a limited number of strategically important industry events and conferences each year. Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across growth channels and customer touchpoints. Requirements 5–8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or full-funnel marketing within fast-growing SaaS or technology companies. Demonstrated experience building or scaling a growth function, team, operating model, or comparable marketing organization. Strong understanding and ownership of funnel economics, including CAC, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, LTV, ROI, and revenue contribution. Proven experience designing and executing structured experiments using a test, learn, kill, and scale approach. Hands-on experience across paid acquisition, SEO/SEM, lifecycle marketing, and account-based marketing. Strong commercial judgment and ability to distinguish marketing activity and volume from initiatives that generate meaningful business impact. Experience managing, coaching, and developing marketing professionals while establishing high standards for performance and accountability. Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex data into concise and persuasive business narratives. Strong project management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and constructively challenging assumptions while maintaining alignment and momentum. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments across Pacific and Southeast Asian time zones. Experience in vertical SaaS, hospitality technology, customer engagement platforms, or related markets is preferred. Willingness to travel occasionally for selected industry events and conferences. Benefits Fully remote opportunity based in the United States, with collaboration across Pacific and Southeast Asian time zones. Mission-driven, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial working environment. Collaborative and relatively flat organizational culture. Comprehensive private health insurance. Opportunities for discretionary travel to offices around the world. Global travel medical coverage during qualifying international trips. Cross-cultural team bonding, collaboration, and networking opportunities. Opportunity to build and lead a growth marketing function with direct influence on pipeline and revenue. High level of ownership and visibility with senior leadership. Opportunity to work at the intersection of B2B SaaS, vertical AI, data, and customer engagement.
