About the Company

Our client is an early-stage B2B SaaS company developing multiple software products focused on helping businesses scale through automation and smarter workflows. They’re building the foundations of a data-driven, product-led growth engine and are looking for a hands-on Product/Growth Marketer to establish clear positioning, optimize user onboarding, and drive activation across their portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and refine ICPs and positioning for each SaaS product.
  • Build and optimise onboarding, activation, and retention funnels.
  • Analyse user behaviour and reduce early journey drop-offs.
  • Craft and implement consistent messaging across website, product, and sales collateral.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive product-led growth (PLG) initiatives.
  • Design and execute growth experiments to validate hypotheses and measure lift.
  • Support both inbound and outbound motions, including email campaigns, landing pages, and CRM workflows.
  • Track and report on KPIs related to activation, conversion, and customer engagement.

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS growth, product marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Proven understanding of product-led growth principles and experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience working in early-stage or scaling SaaS environments.
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM and automation tools (HighLevel CRM preferred).
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Slack for collaboration.
  • Comfortable working across multiple products or verticals simultaneously.
  • Strong data-driven mindset—you measure, test, and optimise everything.
