In this role, you will be at the forefront of customer support, assisting Greek-speaking clients with their inquiries and providing them with exceptional service related to financial products and services.
Responsibilities
- Assist Greek-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, answering questions and providing information on various financial products.
- Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for quality assurance and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and ensure prompt resolutions as needed.
- Stay informed about financial services and industry trends to provide customers with up-to-date information.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by providing thorough and thoughtful support.
- Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the financial sector or related industries.
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to handle complex queries and resolve issues effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude, as well as self-motivated to work independently.
