Monthly Rate: $650-750

Availability: 20hours/week

Time Zone: 2:00–7:00/8:00 PM Pacific

Experience Needed:

- Design marketing emails from supplied copy, including layout, font hierarchy, image placement, and overall visual treatment.

- Design and iterate landing pages with the CRO hire; incorporate conversion-related feedback into designs.

- Update packaging, label, and print-ready insert files.

- Create branded mockups for promotional items, including tote bags and scalp scrubbers.

- Build social-media visual assets; no social-account management required.

- Design occasional decks, press or magazine materials, and trade-show collateral such as booth visuals and signage for events like Cosmoprof.

Good to have:

- Strong, autonomous project execution from high-level direction.

- Proactive communication and escalation if blocked or awaiting a response.

- Ability to quickly understand Dermazen’s authentic, human, non-luxury visual identity.

- Strong digital and print design capability.

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Photoshop/Canva/Figma Experience

- Klaviyo experience

- Monday.com experience
