Key Responsibilities
- Offer top-notch customer support to German-speaking guests via phone, email, and chat.
- Help guests with inquiries regarding travel itineraries, accommodation options, activities, and sightseeing opportunities.
- Address and resolve customer issues with urgency and care, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Share valuable knowledge about Greece’s destinations, culture, and travel options.
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions to improve service offerings and guest experiences.
- Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate effective solutions and services for guests.
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written); English proficiency is highly desirable.
- Experience in customer service, ideally in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- A good understanding of Greece and its tourism industry is a plus.
- A genuine love for travel and helping others shape their experiences.
- Must be able to work remotely while being available during specified support hours.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece (relocation costs covered by the company).
