Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking guests through phone, email, and live chat.
- Answer inquiries related to travel plans, accommodations, activities, and sightseeing opportunities in Greece.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints professionally and effectively.
- Share insights and recommendations about Greece’s attractions, culture, and travel tips to enrich the guest experience.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure guest requests are met promptly and accurately.
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written); English knowledge is preferred.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in travel, hospitality, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on understanding and meeting guest needs.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A strong understanding of Greece's travel landscape and cultural nuances is an advantage.
- A genuine passion for travel and desire to assist others in making their trips extraordinary.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation expenses fully covered by the company.
