Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a German Speaking Client Advisor to join our dynamic team working remotely from Greece. In this role, you will represent Booking.com, providing outstanding support to German-speaking clients and helping them with their travel bookings and inquiries. Key Responsibilities
- Assist German-speaking customers with booking inquiries, reservations, and problem resolution across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide clear and accurate information related to Booking.com’s products and services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues.
- Stay informed about travel industry updates and Booking.com’s offerings.
- Fluent in German (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, client advisory, or the travel industry is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools.
- Based in Greece with reliable internet access suitable for remote work.
