We are currently seeking a motivated and client-focused German Speaking B2B Solutions Consultant to join our growing customer support services team on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this dynamic role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for German-speaking business clients, delivering tailored support solutions that strengthen long-term partnerships and drive client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking B2B clients, providing high-quality customer support services through phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Understand and analyse the specific needs of business clients in order to recommend appropriate solutions, products, or services that align with their operational objectives.
- Manage and resolve complex client inquiries, escalations, and complaints in a professional, timely, and solution-oriented manner.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key business accounts, ensuring consistently high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty within the customer support services framework.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams — including technical support, account management, and sales — to deliver seamless end-to-end service experiences for B2B clients.
- Accurately log all client interactions, feedback, and case resolutions in CRM systems to maintain up-to-date account records and support reporting requirements.
- Monitor client accounts proactively, identifying potential issues or opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant service upgrades.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer support services team by sharing best practices, client insights, and process recommendations.
- Native or fluent German language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — C1 or C2 level proficiency required.
- A valid EU passport is mandatory for this position.
- Previous experience in customer support services, B2B account management, client relations, or a comparable client-facing role is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage professional business relationships confidently and diplomatically.
- Proficiency in English is required for internal communication; additional European languages are considered a bonus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven customer support environment with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and standard office software; ability to learn new tools quickly and efficiently.
