This role focuses on building next-generation enterprise AI applications powered by Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and cloud-native Azure services. You will work across the full stack, designing scalable front-end interfaces, robust backend systems, and intelligent AI orchestration layers. The position involves close collaboration with product, engineering, and platform teams to deliver secure, high-performance AI-driven applications. You will contribute to designing RAG architectures, integrating LLMs, and ensuring responsible AI practices across production systems. This is a highly technical, hands-on role requiring strong engineering depth and system design expertise. • Accountabilities: Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Angular, ensuring responsive and scalable user experiences. Develop backend APIs and AI orchestration services using Python, FastAPI, Node.js, Java, or .NET, with a focus on performance and scalability. Build cloud-native and serverless solutions leveraging Azure services such as Azure Functions, API Management, Logic Apps, and Service Bus. Design and implement enterprise-grade RAG systems, including ingestion pipelines, embedding strategies, vector search, reranking, and grounding techniques. Integrate and optimize LLM-based capabilities such as chat assistants, semantic search, summarization, and workflow automation. Work with enterprise systems and data platforms including relational, NoSQL, and vector databases to enable seamless AI integration. Implement observability, security, and responsible AI practices across applications, ensuring reliability, governance, and compliance. Requirements 3–8+ years of full stack software engineering experience with strong backend and system design expertise. Advanced proficiency in Python and experience building scalable backend services and APIs. Strong hands-on experience designing and deploying production-grade GenAI and RAG-based applications. Deep understanding of Azure cloud-native architecture, including serverless and distributed systems design. Experience with REST APIs, microservices, authentication frameworks, and secure API design (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, OpenID Connect). Strong knowledge of LLM ecosystems, including Azure OpenAI and related orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex. Experience with vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation techniques. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and agile development methodologies.
