  • Accountabilities Participate in structured training programs covering core Business Analysis concepts, tools, and methodologies. Support the execution of real-time projects, assisting in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping. Collaborate with teams to analyze business needs and contribute to solution development in AI/ML or analytics-related initiatives. Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and findings. Work closely with mentors and senior analysts to understand project lifecycles and business workflows. Contribute to data analysis tasks and help identify trends or improvement opportunities. Engage in continuous learning activities to build domain knowledge and technical competencies. Requirements Must be a US citizen (mandatory requirement). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed or expected between 2023–2025 in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. Strong interest in Business Analysis, data analytics, or AI/ML domains. Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to participate in training, internship assignments, and project-based learning. Open to hybrid, onsite (New Jersey preferred), or remote work arrangements. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently when required.
