- Resolve complex issues regarding vehicle availability and rental agreements in a professional, empathetic manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, contributing to the strong reputation of our travel industry partners.
- Navigate multiple digital platforms to ensure seamless processing of bookings and administrative accuracy.
- Collaborate with international teams to optimize travel service delivery and internal communication workflows.
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to our office in Sofia.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the tourism industry is highly regarded.
- Strong proficiency in English to ensure seamless communication within our international consultancy environment.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced tourism-driven team.
