Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and technical issues related to iRobot products in French via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot product problems, guiding customers through solutions efficiently.
- Document all interactions clearly and maintain accurate support records.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to resolve complex issues.
- Stay current on iRobot product updates, features, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives and continuous improvement processes.
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.
- Experience in technical support or customer service, ideally with electronic or robotic products.
