Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support for premium consumer electronics, specifically focusing on advanced robotic home appliances.
- Troubleshoot software, connectivity, and hardware issues for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving technical inquiries with a focus on product education and user satisfaction.
- Document and escalate complex technical issues to the Tier 2 engineering teams within the consumer electronics sector.
- Maintain deep knowledge of current product lines, including updates, firmware versions, and accessory compatibility.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every interaction reflects the high quality associated with iRobot products.
- Collaborate with international teams to refine support procedures and improve the overall consumer electronics user journey.
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Strong technical aptitude and interest in the consumer electronics industry.
- Previous experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer success roles is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.
