Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding payment solutions, transactions, and related services via phone, email, and chat in French.
- Provide clear and detailed information about product features, pricing, and integration processes.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving concerns related to payment processing.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient customer follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable support.
- Promote trust and confidence in our payment solutions by fostering positive customer relationships.
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the payment solutions or financial technology sector.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
