Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery issues, and account-related questions via phone, email, and chat in French.
- Provide detailed information on menu options, delivery times, and payment issues.
- Assist customers in placing orders and resolving any issues that may arise during the ordering process.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with delivery teams and other departments to improve service efficiency and customer experience.
- Stay informed about the latest promotions, menus, and food delivery trends to provide effective support.
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English and/or Greek is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the food delivery or hospitality sector, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and general office software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
