Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer support in French through phone, email, and chat channels, addressing inquiries related to FinTech products and services.
- Assist customers with account management, transactions, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate closely with product, technical, and compliance teams to ensure quick and effective problem resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.
- Identify trends and customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement of services and products.
- Stay knowledgeable about the latest FinTech trends, products, and regulations.
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the FinTech, banking, or financial services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with a paid relocation package provided.
