  • Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to fulfill customer requests

  • Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for travel and hospitality
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the travel or tourism industry, is highly desirable
  • Adaptability and openness to relocation to Greece with fully covered relocation support
  • Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
