Key Responsibilities

- Provide detailed information on service features, pricing, and technical specifications.
- Assist customers with account-related inquiries, subscription management, and technical support.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues and improve customer experience.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in cloud technology to provide informed support to clients.
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the technology or cloud services sector.
