  • Accountabilities Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and other online communication platforms to understand their needs and provide professional support. Educate individuals and families about available supplemental benefit and financial protection programs. Explain coverage options clearly and help clients make informed decisions based on their circumstances and needs. Guide clients through applications, enrollment documentation, and related processes. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professionalism, empathy, integrity, and consistent communication. Provide ongoing client support and timely follow-up throughout the customer relationship. Maintain accurate client records, applications, and supporting documentation. Communicate clearly and professionally while handling client questions and concerns. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, mentorship, and leadership development programs. Continuously strengthen product knowledge, communication skills, organization, and client-service capabilities. Collaborate effectively with remote teammates while maintaining ownership of individual responsibilities and client outcomes. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the United States. Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, education, retail, hospitality, financial services, or sales is helpful but not required. Genuine interest in helping individuals and families understand their options and make informed decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and explain information clearly. Professional, honest, and integrity-driven approach to client interactions. Strong self-motivation, accountability, organization, and time-management skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new products, processes, and professional skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing effectively to a collaborative team. Strong follow-through and attention to detail when managing client information and documentation. Access to a computer or laptop and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
