• This Financial Analyst position supports Whole Foods Market's Indirect Accounts Payable function and the Coupa application. The role is responsible for indirect invoice processing, exception handling, and day-to-day Coupa support across Coupa, PeopleSoft, and Workday. Key job responsibilities - Process indirect invoices across Coupa or Workday - Coordinate and perform quality review (QA) of offshore team output - Provide Coupa application support to WFM team members and suppliers - Build and maintain supplier and business-partner relationships - Leverage approved AI applications to automate processes where possible and analyze AP-related data - Prepare and maintain standard operating documentation (SOPs) for all tasks - Cross-train on and support month-end Coupa accruals and related reconciliations - Conduct software/UAT testing for Coupa and payment processes in lower test environments as needed and communicate effectively with product and tech business partners - Proactively troubleshoot complex invoice and Coupa issues, taking ownership from identification through resolution - Support all functions of the team and perform other related duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• - 1+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience - 1+ years of finance experience - 2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science) - Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills - Experience using data to influence business decisions
