- The AWS Worldwide Specialists Finance (WWSO) team is looking for a Finance Manager to collaborate with senior business and finance leaders in the Specialists organization. You'll spearhead data-driven investment decisions, financial planning, and controllership, directly impacting our global strategy and revenue growth. Key job responsibilities - Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics dashboards for WWSO Core leadership, including productivity metrics - Design and implement advanced financial models and analytical tools to support critical decision-making - Create and implement business mechanisms that are scalable to help your business partners make data-driven decisions - Conduct in-depth analysis and present findings directly to senior leaders - Lead the annual financial planning and budgeting process A day in the life - Support existing business review mechanisms (WBR, MBR etc.) and build new metric frameworks for Geo Specialist coverage. Work with teams on get-to-green plans, and measuring and assessing future risks. - Analyze key pipeline and productivity metrics to drive business investment and outcomes - High visibility with the AWS Specialist and Partner Finance Director and Go-to-Market Specialists leaders About the team This role sits within a deeply collaborative team that operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, forging senior-level business partnerships and enabling Go-To-Market solutions spanning the full portfolio of AWS Services and the corresponding Sales teams.
Basic Qualifications
- - 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science) - 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience - 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
