Strategic Alliance Field Support
- Support in-field activation for partners helping translate alliance agreements into tangible field moments.
- Coordinate co-marketing field touchpoints with partners as alliance programs activate.
- Assist with partner-facing communications, scheduling of field visits, and tracking of field engagement activity.
Reporting and Coordination
- Track field event and activation performance, including partner referral volume, event attendance, and lead capture, feeding data back into demand gen reporting.
- Maintain a field calendar of partner events, and activations across all regions.
- Coordinate with Sales (AE / Field Sales POD) on handoff process for leads generated through field partner activations — confirm handoff SLA and CRM tagging convention with Sales leadership.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, channel marketing, or a similar execution-focused role.
- Experience supporting or executing partner, channel, or trade events, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or an industry-adjacent environment.
- Strong project management and logistics skills — you can manage multiple activations across regions simultaneously without dropping details.
- Comfortable being on the road and representing Tekmetric in-person with partners, shop owners, and industry audiences.
- Willingness to travel 30% of the time across Tekmetric’s key markets.
- Collaborative communicator who can work cross-functionally with Field Channel Managers, BDs, and marketing teammates.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) for tracking field activity and lead capture.
- Bonus: Experience in the automotive aftermarket, automotive SaaS, or a related trade industry
Who You Are:
Successful candidates will also demonstrate many of the characteristics that our core values represent:
- Build things that matter: You have a love of building something new or improving on current processes and care about making a positive difference.
- We’re all entrepreneurs: You love learning new things and are comfortable working in a startup-like, dynamic environment -- moving quickly, even in the face of ambiguity. You are a self-directed leader who can jump in, structure their own work, and figure out how best to execute a plan yourself and with others. At Tekmetric our leaders are all players and coaches.
- Yes before no: You keep an open mind and are excited about new ideas and helping others actualize their ideas. You are intellectually curious and analytical in a strategic context.
- We matter to each other: You care about people and see the success of one is success for us all. You are a highly ethical individual with unquestioned integrity and the experience, confidence, and stature to protect confidential information in a growing company.
