About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to support a major Policy Processing Platform Modernization initiative. You will lead project execution, coordinating business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery of a large-scale platform migration while maintaining quality and meeting key milestones.

What You'll Do

  • Manage projects end-to-end, from planning through implementation and post-launch support.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reports.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Track risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Drive executive communications and project governance.
  • Support modernization and migration initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Proven success leading large-scale technology, transformation, or migration projects.
  • Strong project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Teams; Rally experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Insurance industry experience is a plus, but candidates from any industry are welcome.
