• Serves as a strategic partner to business and technology teams, enabling successful adoption, optimization, and governance of enterprise platforms and cloud services.
• This role blends technical platform expertise with strong business acumen to translate business needs into scalable platform solutions, ensure effective onboarding, drive best-practice usage, and support continuous improvement of platform capabilities.
• The specialist fosters strong relationships across business units, architects, and product teams to accelerate value realization, enhance user experience, and support strategic transformation initiatives.
• Primarily support Voice / Telephony Initiatives across Enterprise Platform Services.
