💻 What We Want You To Do
- Act as a strategic right hand to the CEO, helping manage priorities, time, and focus.
- Own calendar management, scheduling, travel planning, and meeting logistics.
- Prepare agendas, notes, summaries, and follow-ups for leadership and board meetings.
- Filter, prioritize, and respond to incoming communication on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
- Drive follow-ups on key initiatives to ensure accountability across teams.
- Build lightweight systems for task tracking, reminders, and executive workflows.
- Support internal communication and coordination across leadership, Product, Sales, and Operations.
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and strategic documents.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with high discretion.
- Support ad-hoc projects that unblock the CEO and leadership team.
🤝 You’re Perfect If You Have/Are…
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar role.
- Comfortable working with senior leadership in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and follow-up discipline
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, ClickUp, CRM systems, and scheduling tools
- Able to handle ambiguity, shifting priorities, and high-pressure situations
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable anticipating needs
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes
- Experience supporting founders or executives in startups or scale-ups is a plus
