📍 Fully Remote | Full-Time | Mental Health Tech Startup

We're a mental health tech platform connecting licensed psychologists with people who need support and educating thousands through our social media content. We're on a mission, we move fast, and we need a Founder's Associate, who is working closely with the founders and who can operate at the intersection of law, ops, and AI.

This role is high-ownership. This role is not for everyone.

Fluent in English: (written + spoken professional level) non-negotiable.

Owner Mindset: You don't wait for instructions; you find problems and solve them.

🧾 Bookkeeping — Track invoices, expenses, and receipts. Keep financial records clean and accurate

🤖 AI & Automation — Use tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Zapier/Make to automate tasks and work smarter

⚖️ Legal Research — Research regulations, summarise compliance topics, assist with policy documents

🗂️ Recruitment — Post jobs, screen candidates, arrange interviews, manage the hiring process

⚙️ Admin & Operations — Organise documents, update systems, and improve daily workflows

📁 Google Workspace — Keep Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Calendar organised and up to date

🔍 Research — Anything the business needs — markets, tools, vendors, competitors, regulations

🧠 Founder Support — Manage daily workflow, tasks, follow-ups, and priorities so nothing falls through the cracks

📅 Calendar & Scheduling — Own the Founder's schedule, meetings, agendas, and action items

📩 Communications — Handle professional emails and messages with the team, partners, and third parties

🤝 Team Coordination — Bridge the Founder with internal and external teams, track tasks and deadlines

✅ You Bring

🗣️ Excellent written and spoken English

🧠 Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills

🔄 Ability to multitask and manage different priorities at once

🚀 Experience supporting a founder, executive, or fast-moving team is a plus

🤖 Strong experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Notion AI, and other AI platforms

⚙️ Experience with automation and workflow tools such as Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar platforms is a strong plus

💻 Confidence using Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and shared file systems

📊 Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge

🔍 Ability to research legal/compliance topics and summarize clearly

🔐 Professionalism, confidentiality, and good judgment
