Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support executives with special projects and research as needed.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
