Responsibilities
- Lead and support Epic Cupid implementation and optimization activities
- Partner with clinical and business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements
- Design and build workflows, structured reporting, smartforms, and invasive cardiology functionality
- Collaborate with integration teams on interfaces, data flows, and registries
- Participate in testing, validation, go-live preparation, and post-implementation support
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Assist with project planning, documentation, training, and process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's or advanced clinical degree preferred
- Current Epic Cupid certification required; additional Epic certifications preferred
- 5+ years of experience with full Epic implementation cycles in large healthcare systems
- Clinical background or prior healthcare experience preferred
- Experience with invasive cardiology workflows and Cupid build
- Knowledge of structured reporting, smartforms, and clinical workflows
- Strong interface/integration and registry experience
- Radiant experience a plus
- Ability to work primarily remote, with limited on-site presence as needed
