Job Description

Enterprise Sales Manager, Korea

k-ID is the global leader in privacy-first compliance and age verification infrastructure. Recognized as one of TIME’s Best Inventions of 2025, named a Tech Pioneer by the World Economic Forum and a winner of Fast Company’s Next Big Things in Tech, we are building the Age Layer for the internet—the fundamental infrastructure that allows digital platforms to verify age and manage compliance globally without friction.

Our core platform, anchored by the Compliance Development Kit (CDK) and AgeKit, is the trusted engine for the world’s largest game publishers and digital ecosystems. We replace fragmented, manual compliance with a unified API that handles age verification, parental consent, and regulatory logic across 200+ markets. Backed by top-tier venture capital firms like a16z and Lightspeed, k-ID is entering a phase of growth to define the standard for global digital safety.

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Founding Enterprise Sales Manager, Korea to drive enterprise growth and build trusted, long term client relationships in one of the world’s most sophisticated and highly regulated digital ecosystems. This role focuses on direct enterprise sales execution in South Korea, representing k-ID’s mission, solutions, and value proposition to gaming companies, digital platforms, and ecosystem partners.

You will own the full enterprise sales cycle, from account development and stakeholder mapping through negotiation and close, while serving as k-ID’s primary commercial representative in Korea. The ideal candidate brings deep local market expertise, credibility with large Korean enterprises, and a strong understanding of how regulation, trust, and reputation shape buying decisions in Korea’s tech and gaming sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close opportunities with major platforms, gaming companies, and ecosystem partners across Korea

  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers, including product, compliance, and government relations leaders

  • Deliver high-impact product demos and presentations customized for Korea’s unique market needs

  • Manage the complete sales process from lead generation through contract closure

  • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets for the Korean market

  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving procurement, legal, security, and compliance teams at large Korean companies

Market Development

Identify and prioritize high-impact accounts and regional opportunities

  • Build a go-to-market strategy tailored to Korea’s regulatory and commercial environment

  • Build and execute a Korea specific go to market strategy, including pilot programs, phased deployments, and reference driven expansion within large enterprise groups

  • Provide local intelligence to support product localization, pricing, and positioning

  • Elevate k-ID’s profile through direct engagement with leading companies and platforms

Sales Process Excellence

  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM records (HubSpot) across all sales activities

  • Create account plans for strategic clients and monitor sales funnel metrics

  • Provide deal insights and strategic updates to the leadership team

Customer Engagement & Solution Consulting

  • Understand South Korea’s regulatory landscape, including PIPA, youth protection frameworks, and platform specific compliance expectations, and align k-ID’s solutions to customer risk and compliance needs

  • Articulate how k-ID supports privacy preserving age assurance, youth safety, and regulatory readiness for Korean platforms operating domestically and globally

  • Partner closely with product and technical teams to scope integrations that meet Korean enterprise security, data protection, and operational standards

Regional Representation

  • Represent k-ID at industry events, conferences, and regulatory roundtables in Korea

  • Establish relationships with relevant industry associations, standards bodies, and ecosystem partners rather than regulators directly

  • Stay current on emerging regulations and youth online safety trends in Korea

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with at least 5 years selling into South Korea’s tech or gaming ecosystem
Proven success closing complex deals in SaaS, developer tools, privacy, trust & safety, or regulatory tech
