Working closely with EVP and SVP leaders, you will facilitate high-impact risk and return discussions that directly influence strategic direction and operational priorities. The role requires deep technical and security awareness combined with strong executive presence and the ability to challenge assumptions constructively. You will help ensure that risk frameworks, decision standards, and governance models are consistently applied and continuously improved.   • Accountabilities: Lead and facilitate executive-level operational risk and return forums, ensuring structured, high-quality discussions that drive actionable decisions. Partner with senior leadership (EVP/SVP level) to assess, challenge, and refine enterprise risk narratives and strategic decisions. Develop and enhance risk governance frameworks, standards, and templates to improve consistency in risk evaluation and communication. Identify, analyze, and prioritize emerging and enterprise-wide risks across technology, cybersecurity, and operational domains. Apply deep technical and security expertise to ensure risk discussions are grounded in credible, real-world understanding. Influence alignment across business units on risk appetite, mitigation strategies, and control effectiveness. Support the development of enterprise-wide risk visibility through reporting, KPIs, and structured decision documentation. Champion risk discipline principles such as least privilege and proactive control design within enterprise governance practices. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in operational risk, enterprise risk management, cybersecurity, technology risk, or related disciplines. Proven experience engaging and influencing EVP/SVP-level stakeholders in high-stakes decision-making environments. Strong background in enterprise risk management, including identification, assessment, and prioritization of risks. Experience building or implementing risk governance frameworks, decision standards, or enterprise risk structures. Solid technical understanding of security, controls, data systems, and complex enterprise technology environments. Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical and risk concepts into executive-level insights. Experience shaping or improving enterprise risk decision-making processes in large, complex organizations. Familiarity with operational security principles such as least privilege and modern control environments is a plus. Ability to work effectively in highly regulated, matrixed, and fast-changing environments. Benefits: Competitive annual salary ranging from $98,100 to $167,850 based on experience and qualifications.
